I know what 504's do to a PPS. Living in denail isn't going to help me, no matter how badly I want this PPS to go up. Mathematically, it has to come down. That is what happens when you sell additional equity in a company.

Karma has nothing to do with it. When you have a 1,000,000,000 shares and sell 100,000,000 to 300,000,000 more shares, you dilute the current value of the 1,000,000,000 by 10 to 30%.
