You make my point, exactly. There is no PROOF of anything, EXCEPT for a 504 calling for $1,000,000 in capital to be raised.
I want to know what kind of equity the company is giving up for this $1,000,000.00. At the current share price, of which they could really get no higher, this would be over 100,000,000 common shares. I suspect when all is said and done, it will be higher.
I'd think as a shareholder that you, too would like to know to what degree your ownership stake in the company is going to be diluted.
Please, don't be angry at me for asking the question. Let's put pressure on the company to tell us so we can move on and start the PPS going in the right direction.
