You are certainly entitled to believe as you wish, and may be right, but this would be atypical of normal occurrences.

In most cases, the 10K earnings are discussed, then everything in addition to earnings, and subsequent to May 31 (ie: Dicon acquisition, June - Aug revs and earnings, etc.) will be found in 10K.

But you certainly could be right.
