it doesnt matter. do you think the regulators care who owns the company? they only look at the compnay as a whole and whats going on. If this compnay had issues then there was a very poor job of due dillegence done when purchasing it. And if you look at the complaint, it says that ifinix was under net cap from Sept to November '08. That was after ifinix parent compnay purchased and took the compnay over. its all in black and white and public information.
