Why? Because We Do Not Allow It.

The board you suggest would have to be a premium board, so you could not post on it without a subscription.

If a material portion of content winds up being about a public company it would be considered to be a duplicate board and would be disallowed.

If your objective is to discuss the Buzz enterprise, for lack of a better term, do it on the Buzz board.
