Hello. I also feel there is no need for a forward split to get to the Nasdaq.

Sideline money is watching and waiting for the right event to come in and start to buy shares.. Once Audited numbers are out with this 10-K You have some Micro Cap Funds that could start to buy shares.

I feel other events are forth coming that will give cause for those who are Naked Short..

1st Quarter 2010 could equal all of 2009 Numbers.. This is a growth stock in the making unlike any I have seen is some time.

Now the question becomes.. In what way does management deal with the Naked Shorts and increase shareholder value..

I honestly feel the amount of sideline money prepared to buy shares with audited numbers and other events taking place is going to cause an tremendous amount of additional buying pressure.

Additional buying pressure and the Naked Shorts trying to buy back all the Naked Shorted Shares they sold.. Will start to drive the PPS up in ways some can only imagine in the short term.

Then after the float and share structure is cleaned up. A move to the Nasdaq will bring in additional Institutional and Mutual Fund Investors who are looking at the Potential for Increasing Earnings and Revenues over the coming Quarters.

Again everyone has to do what they feel is in their own best interest. Timing will be key!!

I personally plan to sell some shares as shorts cover and then buy back in for the longer term..I see Huge Potential and Growth..

I trust management to do what ever legal actions they can to force the Naked Shorts to cover by choice or force.

Good luck to all.. FFB-Fish
