I think we had a "bearish hanging man" candle in the teens on the last rally to .28, IMO any dip or price decline is seen as a HUGE oppurtunity, think it is beyond charts til we level off to a somewhat reasonable value, that is not in pennies! I think the only reasons charts played a big role in the past few months is because it was manipulated to follow some since of "order" This thing has been held down long enough and IMO when we pass .xx we say goodbye to them for a LONG time!
