I can answer part of that. If we merge.. it will force an accounting of the shares. At that time the Short squeeze will be triggered. So will us getting listed on the NASDAQ.

Over the months my feeling on the short squeeze has changed. At first i wasnt sure it existed, but then as i learned more.. i realized one defiantly exists. Then i didnt think it was as big as people were saying. I still am not sure its over 1 bill as people say.. but it is probable. But i will say this.. It trades like the float is high.. and the Reg Sho is the nail in the coffin. And we know with the AS being 900mil and the OS being much lower.. something is wrong in spongeville

Nasdaq - the road to $4.00
Bashers get your calculators

We are almost 3 months into "next" fiscal year and a PR announced we did $55M in 11 weeks ..or $5M per week ($260M if it doesn't grow) - If we hold $20,833,000 per month we have $250,000,000 in annual sales ($10M low for bashers sake).. Our profit margin has been .17-.21 but could be higher with volume and the aquisition of Dicon .. so earnings are $50,000,000 - O/S gets reduced to $500,000,000 (per PR)so earnings are .10 EPS. At a low P/E of 15--- the new price per share is $1.50 PPS. We all know July exceeded $23M in sales, August should exceed $26M and 50,000 retail outlets are to be added and 40-100new products are coming - Plus when we bought Dicon they had $10M in sales and $1.5M bottom line. So why is this not stock trading at .38-.42 today??? I guess the 10k will show all, but here is the road to Nasdaq.

We could buy an already Nasdaq traded company on a fold-in merge - or by holding above a dollar for the required time we could try going to Nasdaq/Global or NasdaqSC on a waiver.

Or.....we split 3-1... For every 3 shares you turn in at my $1.50PPS example above-- you get one new share at $4.50 - and the shorts get flushed.. If we hold above $4.00 for the required time BAM we are on Nasdaq with $250,000,000 Sales - $50,000,000 Earinings - 900M Authorized - 167M Outstanding - a price of $4.50 is a P/E of 15.05 --A more realistic P/E of 17 gives us $5.01 - Oh I forgot the $1.5M from Dicon... price is now$5.24 3-1 split baby..

$5.24 get your calculator - am I wrong???

Let me ask this which i'm sure has been answered but since the plan is Nasdaq and clearly our company has the numebers to take us there, at what point do we know it's coming? Short of them telling us. I mean, could this be trading at like .50 - .80 sometime in the near future and then all of a sudden get halted only to open back up at a 1.00 - 4.00 ? And, could a merger of some kind immediately shoot the pps to that company's pps or would we stay at what ever we are trading at? Thanks for the help. Been here since .02 and still holding long...Great day / great week!! Go SPNG

Fast I think you answered you own question. All of that could happen. Like you said until we have Nasdaq uplist date anything goes. Once we have that we know end date for OTCBB.
