Couldn't watch at all today but knew to get back to the computer by 3:30 for the home stretch. This is finally setting up nicely to get in a pps range we all deserve. Albeit still undervalued imo. GLTA...GO SPNG

It's due 90 days after the close of the cycle. In this case, Aug 29th is 90 days past May 31st. It's been filed on the 29th for at least the last 3 years. Who knows what the rules are when it falls on a weekend???

I think at the latest it will be monday morn before market opens being it will be past due if it is monday.

Agree. Monday after the close preferred. Save it til the very last minute, unless they have some other powerhouse news they want to suprise us with on Monday.

Start September fresh. I believe end of next week (first week of September) is the end of the current share buy-back program. Am I correct on that......anyone??
