Gabrielson, President and CEO, will present at the Rodman & Renshaw 11th Annual Healthcare Conference, to be held on September 9-11, 2009 at the New York Palace Hotel in New York. Mr. Gabrielson will provide an overview of the company and a strategic and operational update on September 11, 2009 at 3:40 p.m. Eastern Time.

Ore Pharmaceuticals Overview

Ore Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) is a pharmaceutical asset management company. The Company acquires interests in pharmaceutical assets whose value, it believes, it can significantly enhance through targeted development, with the goal of then monetizing these assets through a sale or out-licensing. Initially, the Company will focus on developing and monetizing its current portfolio, which includes four clinical-stage compounds in-licensed from major pharmaceutical companies.
