os...good post. a little more light is being shed on this. can't wait to see if the new company is ever listed. if it is, be sure that I will be there to inform investors. now we know why the company has gone silent for the last couple of weeks...shayne actually had to do some work to complete his current scheme so he can start on a new one. it is also illegal for him to have converted his shares to a company that he was going to force shareholders to convert to without giving shareholders the same right at the same time. this is obviously a scheme, and as i posted previously, i will send all the information to the SEC and FBI. we can only hope that they will persue him. it is a shame there are people like shayne in the world. we can only hope that he gets what he deserves in his next life. of course, if he wants to come to the US, i am sure bztg investors can help him find peace sooner rather than later. just a good thought...imo
