ya when i did my search while ago it was all good reviews. not pretending to have found them all, obviously I did not find his neg reviews.
This loan thing
I have read and read. All the longs even go back and forth on whether its ok or not. whether George who is on the board of some of these companies who are due money is with stock holders or not. he seems to be. did past management take majority ownership or exit and leave this loan. I know it takes a lot of sugar coating but is the loan really any different, if money was actually put in, then if they owned 4 mil in stock. if price goes up they get stupid apr. but if things go well their interest rate is same they would receive if their stock went up 160% or whatever it multiplies out to be adding the 25% each Q. Saying if stock goes up 400% they would lose. but if they owned stock they would be at risk of being diluted out. well if you can follow my mess I just typed, thoughts?
