Nevertheless, Mr. Mangiapane does apologize to the prosecution and to the Court for any inconvenience his oversight might have caused. In the future he will make every effort to follow the Local Rules as would any party to any action in the District of Delaware.
As far as my questioning, you people are way too defensively sensitive as I was not being rude. If other folks perceive this as such, that isn't my fault. It's getting ludicrous having to tiptoe around this and other boards.
the prosecution might prefer if mr mangiapane brings up the topics of discovery himself... so once he introduces something they can go down that walk.. especially if they have something else on him.... give a man enough rope...
