Quite small, I suspect. I wasn't envisioning a $600 Walmart laptop using an Efficeon, just trying to identify a less than well known (but very large)Taiwan mfg. As I understand it, ECS is primarily a motherboard co., but they do mfg laptops. That Walmart laptop is a 2kg unit, using a low end AMD chip I think. Obviously, a 1kg unit would be considerably more.
What I found interesting in the Digitimes note was that two new customers for Efficeon were named: Quanta and ECS, both very large Taiwan computer cos. Perhaps ECS is supplying inter alia Orion? Quanta seems a new customer. But who is their customer???
