Hence the lack of his "public" representation. While that attorney probably has some of the best skills and experiences to make such a defense he might not have the best name and also may have some conflicts which preclude him from sportin first chair. Just my opinion, I have not talked to Joey since the day after he got arrested. I do not believe Joey that unwise to be his own attorney, he will fight (if he fights) and I'm sure he has a plan.
