What can shareholders do about this and what is the CEO trying to hide and why?
I think NEOM is avoiding a SHM in order to avoid a vote on the BOD. What recourse do we have? If NEOM continues in business then there is a legal and fiduciary obligation to have a SHM after more than 3 years.
