Oh really??? Selling millions of shares illegally each day is "irrelevant"??? Flooding the market with counterfeit shares day after day is "irrelevant"? Having at least 3 million shares FAILED to Deliver for 5 consecutive days is "irrelevant"?? Hmmm...
