Those cases are nice but as you mentioned about drying up the float, we are in a unique position to be able to do exactly that, without having to do an R/S. Reducing the shares. Simply. Dries up the float immensely, and yet they don't have to do any kind of R/S (which again they stated they don't want to do, and I honestly believe they won't, as they will not need to.) Plus they can do so at the already agreed on price, which won't cost them what it would now. It's genius!
Once those RME shares are retired, the buybacks done on the open market, and that Sep 5th cancellation due date coming up, Nasdaq is not a pipe dream any longer. Can get off this freakin basement dweller finally. It really is almost so simple, and has even been laid out for shorty and friends to follow...yet they never believed it and mgmt. OOPS!
We are not a minor leaguer anymore, there is room for the 5 tool talent and future star, and SPNG is ready to go to the big leagues...no need to prove it down in Triple AAA any longer. The parent club is calling and waiting, and needing some more talent to join it.
