I actually think that a modest R/S would be fine if it was necessary to get us to Nasdaq. I certainly wouldn't sell any shares and I might even buy more (based on the Nasdaq part of the equation).
However, I also recognize that I have no say whatsoever in this -- and the folks who do seem to think Nasdaq is possible without R/S.
All I care about is getting off this frickin exchange and forcing the shorts to clean up their mess, and I'm confident that will soon happen one way or another. By many metrics, SPNG is no longer an OTCBB stock. It is a Nasdaq stock that happens to be temporarily stuck on the wrong exchange.
