Until recently you had to call in to order SPNG stock, I know there are tons of investors that won't do that... takes too long, too much of a hassle, sends a bad message about the stock not being trustworthy... etc... Now Scottrade took off that restriction, so that barrier to entry is gone! Honestly, this restriction has really been hampering the stock up until this point... i know people who wanted to buy but didn't because of that. I see this thing going HUGE now that it is free to run...
