He doesn't understand. Maybe he thinks he can buy millions of shares watch the pps go up on no to little volume and then sell his millions of shares. Trdaing 101 is you need volume to be able to sell your shares.
There are a lot of people out there that have been holding a ton of these shares and have been for sometime. Some are getting out now and some, like myself, are holding for a profit. We'll need volume and a lot of it to buy from the pised off people that have been holding for over a year. Last time this ran it went to a penny. :)
