Sometimes you say individual trials to try to get some plea offers and cooperation against the others.
Thanks. I was wondering if that was a factor. Does it also mean that the DOJ doesn't have to tell individual defendants everything that's going on with their co-defendants? That is, could they keep them in the dark about what progress other defendants might be making with a plea bargain?
