WCRX-PG addendum to the addendum: In a better economic environment, this deal probably would not have been inked because workforce attrition would have been too large a risk for WCRX. In the current economy, however, many of PG’s drug-unit employees who object to working for WCRX will probably take the job anyhow. Not many pharma companies are hiring these days.
