If the company is determined to keep this TA there is an easy way to solve the information problem on the O/S. The TA will not give out information on any of the companies that they represent to the public in general. However the TA will always give that information directly to the companies that are their clients.
Since the company has access to the numbers from the TA they should be able to put a weekly update on to the website. It would not be a hard process and the investors would be informed and it should be a good situation for all involved.
