I think what alot of people are forgetting is this is a holding company,,,you dont need much as far as personel,,,not many people working under gene,,,why,,he buys these companies tell them to keep up the good work and goes buys more,,,they run the business Gene oversees most of it,,,why go private,,,more benifical if we keep getting 30 percent or whatever percentage off of all these companies,,,
