Personally, I prefer the Delaware SOS to PRs. But that's just me.

We know for certain now there is no dilution. Probably the opposite.

Unless you want to believe SPNG filed a false amendment with the Delaware SOS. Oops, I probably shouldn't give the nay-sayers ideas!!!
