Low or not, it pales by comparison to the 40 million Americans who are without health insurance. No matter if you believe that 6 million number of illegal alients or make it into a fantasy 12 million or 20 million, it will still pale by comparison to the 40 million Americans who are without health insurance and YOU are footing the bill every time they go to the emergency room.
