You're right.......my point was that SM might not be satisfied with .75. I wouldn't complain about a 5-bagger. I'm not that hard to please.

The auditors are NOT doing a forensic audit on SPNG, but they do specialize in forensic audits. The point being that, if SPNG had something to hide, they wouldn't hire an accounting firm that specializes in forensic audits. SPNG wants to prove they can withstand a first-class audit, and I'm betting they will indeed do so.
