IMO, the float is not too big and if anything was used as collateral for acquisitions, etc...guess shorty is toast imo, GL NITE.

It is illegal to reduce the AS to a number that is lower than the current OS without buying back the shares. A stroke of the pen will not do it.

So what happens if the RCCH A/S are reduced just as fast as they were increased, with the stroke of a pen ???

First the OS would have to be reduced with a buy back or a reverse split before the AS could be reduced. Not just a good idea, it's the law!
