I did not state "BIG SELLER" is gone. I said "the BIG SELLER may be gone."

You also thought wrong "that if somebody did that on a five (5) year contract they would know the workings of the company, the management, marketing, royalties, future plans, etc." Let me be specific - I had NO CONTACT OR KNOWLEDGE about any dealings between Paradigm and Zenergy. There was no need under our contract. I simply sold them something - a license. The contract had ended LONG before Zenergy was a gleem in Paradigm's eye.
