I am still confused. Paradigm was a public company and had shareholders. Do those shareholders own an equivalent number of shares in the new company? If so. how many shares?
What difference – Reverse Merger or Acquisition? I think how Mr. Luiten uses any supposed difference will tell a lot about him and his leadership. So far he gets high marks for stepping up. I hope that continues.
Some see Acquisition as Zenergy spontaneously generated out of primordial clay on July 31, 2009 as NEW company without history or financials previous to that. It will be interesting to see what position Mr. Luiten takes on this – If he intends to hide the three years of history or try to show steady progress under his leadership.
We will need to judge his stance as leader of a biofuel company or as purveyor of public stock. We should have his answer soon.
