Thanks OT. I'm not sure we have enough transparency from the company on ownership to assure ourselves that a massive short position exists -- much less what the level of illegality is.
I for one try to focus more on the company's fundamentals. The key is whether they were being forthright in their PR about reducing the O/S. I think/hope that they were.
