The share price falling on news of Dicon acquisition was indeed totally absurd. OK, if they had paid a ton in shares to get it, then I could understand. But an all cash deal and for so little!? Whoa! That deal alone caused me to revise my next sell point upwards by 20 cents (and I'm only talking about my initial sell point now that I have reloaded my position).
Am I not correct that the new Dicon plant, by itself, was $3.7mm? And what about the other applications? Not to mention becoming vertically integrated on the auto/pet/kid sponges. Unfrickinbelievable!
