SP falling on the day of the Dicon acquisition news. No bs that was true but it went up when 8K actually filed for that acquisition. When it stated all cash is probably why. We hit lows of 7.5 to 8's. Stayed there for a while. Since then we have been up over 50% in the sideways for last month.

I know it what have you done for me lately that most think. Yet the stock is doing very well this year for many shareholders. We had a lot of people who accumulated long before June 09.

I am a very happy long with how well share price and results are doing this year.

The share price falling on news of Dicon acquisition was indeed totally absurd. OK, if they had paid a ton in shares to get it, then I could understand. But an all cash deal and for so little!? Whoa! That deal alone caused me to revise my next sell point upwards by 20 cents (and I'm only talking about my initial sell point now that I have reloaded my position).

Am I not correct that the new Dicon plant, by itself, was $3.7mm? And what about the other applications? Not to mention becoming vertically integrated on the auto/pet/kid sponges. Unfrickinbelievable!
