TA wise this is spectacular move breakout-wise by SOXX.
Techinically speaking one by rule would have to play this bullish--but i have never been good at playing the rules with precision obedience:)

Our trading volume remains low, and subtracting program index trading, our volume trading remains at EXTREMELY low trading volume.
This the perfect environment for program trading to manipulate and control the market.
Real sellers and buyers are not enough to effect this market at this time ,imo.Welles.
My Daily support/resistance lines put next resistance at 413 and support at 385.
