Notice how OSCIQ is 1,464,500 shares short ! (That is what I am saying.) I can attest "first-hand' toward my buys. That is a large short position here trying to keeps pps down.

Q's and any other stocks can be shorted at anytime. Small retail players like us cannot short penny Q's, but there are plenty of people our there who can. What usually happens on these, is that as soon as the last tute sells their shares, shorts who have not covered scramble to cover causing a large spike.
