Here’s a link to a BusinessWeek article, dated 5/28/09 and lower down the page, that states “Effective May 29, 2009, Paradigm Tactical Products Inc. will change its OTCPK stock ticker symbol to PTPC from PDGT.”
Near the top of the page, and dated 6/23/09, the article states that Paradigm Tactical Products, Inc. (PTPC) was acquired by Zenergy International, Inc. by reverse MERGER – not reverse acquisition.
So, May 29, 2009, PDGT changed it’s symbol to PTPC. June 23, 2009, PTPC was acquired by Zenergy International, Inc. by reverse MERGER. And somewhere in there, PTPC symbol changed to ZENG, because the dates don’t jive. But as I see it, PTPC became ZENG.
Somebody please correct me or clarify, if I’m wrong on any of this.
