wadirum1, I think SPNG has made tens of miilions selling stock into the Press Release in the 4th quarter just like they have every other quarter. The PPS in the .12-.23 range has made them a ton. The 10KSB will show it.
All you should care about is how much you made, which I expect is an amazing amount. As much as you are thinking $2 per share here it also never has to hit .20 again.
