Could be NMCX is worth a couple dollars. Mining companies often accumulate and amortize their holdings over time. Current info filed in Az and Nv and Tn might lead one to believe they think they have valuable assets worth holding.
You'd like some NMCX at .0005?
ACCCCCCKKKKK You calling the board idgyat astute? Guffaw!!!
Guess what that makes you.....
And, how did this work out for you or this "company"? Hmmmm

Are any of you aware that the Blackstone Group is formally representing NMCX and the marketing of its Skull Valley assets? Ask yourselves, why would a globally renowned firm like BS (customarily transacting multi-billion $ deals) consent to take on this project? The answer: they performed their own rigorous DD and confirmed that there is (a) substantial value (b) marketable assets (c) potential buyers and (d) an opportunity for them to earn a lucrative fee, to which they are accustomed. If any of these 4 factors were absent, they would have rejected the deal. Connect the dots and what have you got...a winner!
Oh, how'd that FRGY work out for ya? Chart looks....similar?
