Best I know from over the years, is that nss is a product of some Mutual Fund mamagers, the DTC, and others who overlook the collusion.

I have full confidence that if it exists, Ms Shapiro will ferret it out and prosecute anyone guilty of it.

I also believe the penny investment market is about to bacome a much safer place to invest where only the usual posting scalawags will continue lurk.
