I am not so sure it isn't being shorted. I have first hand knowledge that when I laid the ask "above the ask" it sat there for a while and was filled on the bid..I know one of the Lehman's shows a short interest though it is a "Q"..
Regardless, the chart is enticing. Breaking it down a little further though, if you check out the pps by volume there is a large disparity. Most shares bought are in this range and below and then again at .25..That is a key to me that a major gap is waiting to be filled...There is scant trading between here and .25..
