I agree, but the more I think about it, the more it seems that this is a buying opportunity. The majority of the risk was wiped out on this 50% share decline. They still managed to maintain profitability, when a lot of much larger solar companies couldn't. The quarter without the back tax would have been $.06/share, which isn't good, but considering the turmoil in the industry, isn't bad either.

They are looking at growing the business, with a new 500M producing solar facility that will also eliminate the rent they are paying in Nighbo. They're discontinuing investment in the contract mfg business and solely focusing on solar, which will likely lower margins but increase growth..something that would happen anyway as solar became a larger part of the business. They have some questions that need answered, but at less than 13M market cap, this company has some serious upside and very limited downside.
