I'm not sure if you just don't know or if you are trying to distort the companies past. I've copied and pasted R/S information as stated on Pinksheets.com. This is credible information from a credible site. I've also included a link to this information and feel free to review it yourself. They've been doing a R/S split every year.

Security Notes Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1000 split. Pay date=11-13-06 Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 500 split. Pay date=7-5-07.
