WMH09, yes I did see Colorado1's explanation. I thought so myself earlier but didn't have anything to support it. Having to slow up the input so the output con screens can be cleaned shows an interesting dynamic connection there - no buffering thickener tank between those two parts of the process? It would be great to "know the flow" of the process.

As for magnetite, I don't include it since it is a separate and simple process. The company has not provided enough information about how much they get per ton for it so this is a case where anyone can make as good an estimate as anyone else. In addition, wrapping up everything (expenses, con & mag revenues, accounting/depreciation/etc.) into an overall profit/loss statement is out of my realm of expertise and would be quite presumptious so I leave it as a copper flotation spreadsheet.
