The 60% payment is based on our lab's assay x tonnage. When all the concentrate has been refined, the REAL amount will be tallied and the balance paid. That's a lot better deal than having to wait for refining to be complete.

We have cash flow! It will only get better as time goes by.

30-60 days on the final payments

Did not get a definite answer on the final payment terms because Walt just didn't know every little detail. But if he did...and we laughed about this...he would not be working still.

Thanks for all your calculations. Could you please help me understand something please. In one of your posts you mentioned...

At about $1.63 per pound, 60% of a 500 ton shipment is about $978,000.00

Why are you using $1.63 per pound? The copper price has been above $2.50 for a while now. Am i missing something ? :)
