The best results I came up with so far for the RUT model was +10%. Forget the laddering, just go in one 100% when RSI4 closes below 15.

What I think may have some success is if I used fixed entry levels for the ladder.

For example, RSI4 of 15 gets 50%, RSI4 of 8 gets another 50%, RSI4 of 4 will get another 50%.

This will require reprogramming the model however.
