I think Megas has to go very public with this problem he is having with the DTCC. He needs to do what the CEO Patrick Byrne of Overstock.com did. He took his campaign public to garner the support of the public to publically embarrass and create pressure on the SEC for allowing the Naked Short and to expose the SEC for what they trully are. A bunch of crooks.

Megas has been silent too long. He needs to make this a very public event. Weekly PR's would be a good start.

I think a full page WSJ ad that tells his story would be even better. Most bang for his buck.

TO OUR SMALL BUSINESSES, OUR MARKETS, OUR RETAIL INVESTORS (US).

KAUFMANN OF DELAWARE GETS IT. IT'S CATCHING ON THAT NSS
HAS PLAYED A LARGE PART IN SUPPORT THIEVERY, LIKE MADOFF,
AND HAS TO BE EXCISED FROM OUR 'SYSTEM'.

MEGAS DOESN'T NEED TO HEAR FROM US, HE GETS IT. ITS OUR
GOVENMENRT OFFICIALS THAT ARE BEING SNOWED BY SEC. THEY
NEED LETTERS, PHONE CALLS, CERTIFIED LETTERS, AND THEY NEED
TO BE EDUCATED BY US.
