"defaults on loan obligations" The defaults (even though sounds very negative) are with Nutmeg and in AKYI's prespective it's very positive. I think it'll be very long wait for nutmeg to be cleared from current charges and come after AKYI. I see it as AKYI is pocketing free $$$, at least for now.
