I do not think he could be buying until after the contracts are signed as that would be insider trading. However I agree he and his friends and family would want to buy as much as possible once that happens if they know how huge China will be for BEHL and if they believe in it they would be aware that so would many other countries. JMO.

yea, its probably illegal but you know he,s looking to make big money. Why else would he be looking at our operation. He sounds like a smart guy if he,s going to hook up with behl.lol wish i could stay and watch power hour but i have to go to work.
