You mean $400MM from stimulus funds? Well, as I recall SSC has already applied for the grant. But yeah, they need to have those matching funds ready. Again, how are they going to raise them? That's why I believe we are close here. IMO, CTNO will happen in the 4th quarter at the latest.
With the UEEC deal all but dead, the chances here just went through the roof.......
