You need a real solid bull move for these two to move, I suggested already few months back when asked (and when they were at twice current prices) not to touch them, they have both technical problems (chart wise) as well as market acceptance problems, their customers, the wireless space is in disarray, and non SC solutions are cropping up, not requiring cryogenics.
